Estimated Cost of Attendance (COA)

The Estimated Cost of Attendance (COA) at Amberton University is determined by the Financial Aid Office each year and is based on the average costs you may incur each session. Actual costs will vary from student to student. The cost of tuition is based on the number of hours you are enrolled during the semester and costs specific to the program you are pursuing. The cost of living expenses will also vary from student to student. Personal spending patterns, living arrangement choices, and other factors will influence these costs. Each year, the Financial Aid Office reviews cost of living data for the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and information collected by My Texas Future (formerly known as College for All Texans) as part of the process of establishing an estimated COA for financial aid purposes.

If your enrollment plans change, you must inform the Financial Aid Office in writing, as adjustments may need to be made to your financial aid package.

*Tuition cost provided is an estimate based on full-time enrollment for the entire academic year (12 credit hours during all four sessions, 48 credit hours per year).

Graduate Cost of Attendance 2026 – 2027

**Tuition cost provided is an estimate based on graduate full-time enrollment for the entire academic year (6 credit hours during all four sessions; 24 credit hours per year). Tuition costs do not include lab fees associated with the MA Clinical Mental Health Counseling, MA School Counseling, or MA Marriage and Family Therapy degree programs.

Doctoral Cost of Attendance 2026 – 2027
