My Unique Approach to Education
“As a human resources faculty member, my teaching philosophy is one that includes an andragogy-based approach. Adult learners come with their own experiences to apply to any theory or concept. Cultivating an environment that encourages students to share these experiences where they can apply the learned material to their everyday professional lives is my goal as an educator.”
– Dr. Rachel Peters
My professional background is in Human Resources and Career Services.
