Dr. Rupe has been both an educator and business professional for 30 years. His unique approach to teaching is rooted in both adult learning principles and his practical experience in business and psychology. His graduate work and career have spanned multiple fields such as learning and development, organizational effectiveness, human resources, and digital and distance learning. He has worked with large Fortune 500 companies leading company-wide HR and change initiatives, served on non-profit boards, worked as a consultant, and held leadership positions in academia such as Dean and Director. Dr. Rupe has been an associate professor at Amberton for over 15 years and has has a passion for education and student success.
