Brief Biography:

Dr. Geoffrey A. Vanderpal is a Professor of Business at Purdue University Global, where he designed and chairs the Master of Science in Finance program, and has taught for more than 24 years at universities across the United States and internationally, including France, Bermuda, Ghana, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. He holds three earned doctorates: a DBA in Business Administration and Finance from Nova Southeastern University, an EdD in Higher Education Leadership from South College, and a PhD from the University of Sunderland (UK), along with 16 graduate degrees and credentials and six professional certifications, including CFP®, PMP®, CLU®, CTP®, SHRM-SCP®, and CSCP®. A serial entrepreneur for more than 25 years, he has founded and owned multiple businesses, including a wealth management firm, and has served as a FINRA arbitrator. He is co-author of The Steadfast Leader (McGraw Hill, 2023) and Using Polyvagal Theory to Optimize Healthcare Excellence (Cambridge University Press, 2026), and has published more than two dozen peer-reviewed journal articles in finance, leadership, education, and organizational behavior.
