The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership is designed for students who aspire to advance their leadership and management capabilities. The curriculum emphasizes essential skills in management, strategic decision-making, communication, and understanding organizational and human behavior—equipping students to excel in dynamic and evolving business environments.
After the successful completion of the four courses, students will not only have mastered competencies required for soft skills within organizations, but will also have completed 12 hours of college credit toward a degree.
