Home MGT6505 – Agile Project Management
This course focuses on the values, principles, frameworks, and methods that comprise the agile project management body of knowledge. Topics include the origins, philosophy, and practice of agile project development including value-driven product delivery systems, stakeholder and team performance; adaptive planning; problem detection and resolution; guided continuous improvement; and ethical leadership, in the agile project context. Students in this course evaluate influential agile project research and appraise the project management tools, techniques, knowledge, and skills necessary for successful value delivery.
