– Dr. Pamela Johnson

Dr. Pamela Johnson is a skilled and licensed professional with more than 20 years of experience as a practitioner, educator, and corporate consultant.

As a private practitioner, Dr. Johnson has successfully facilitated individual counseling and coaching, career guidance, group training and staff development. She has had a private practice for over 15 years working with individuals impacted by relationship/family issues, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, and gender/cultural diversity issues.

As an educator, she has over 15 years of experience as an Amberton University Professor, teaching courses in Counseling & Guidance, Human Behavior and Development. As a corporate consultant, Dr. Johnson has had over 15 years of experience. She has consulted and trained company owners, executives, managers, employees, and vendors. She also consults organizational leaders in Cultural Diversity, Sexual Harassment, Leadership, and Performance Solutions. She is also the published author of “AIDS and African Americans”, (2000), and “Everyone is Multicultural: Bridging Cultural Influences with Leadership Success”, (2006).

Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, a Masters of Arts Degree in Business and Human Development, a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Guidance, and a Doctorate Degree of Education in Counseling and Guidance. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).
