I am fervently committed to nurturing the growth of small businesses, taking it one student at a time. My dedication lies in unlocking each student’s unique potential and guiding them to craft their own definitions of success. This journey is not just about imparting knowledge but also about fostering innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. On a more personal note, my zeal extends to the great outdoors and the thrilling world of sports. Whether it’s hiking through uncharted trails, the rush of adrenaline and the touch of nature’s magnificence is where I find my truest joy. In these varied yet interconnected pursuits, I find the essence of my passion, striving to inspire and be inspired, to teach and to learn, to grow businesses, and to cultivate well-rounded, successful individuals.

Currently, I hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at RAA, Inc. in the vibrant city of New York. RAA, Inc. is the largest exhibition and museum designer globally, and I’m proud to have played a pivotal role in leading the company and assembling a financial team that consistently adds substantial value to our bottom line. My professional journey has been diverse, encompassing roles as a Controller and CFO in fields such as professional services, logistics, architectural/engineering, SaaS, and design services since 2008.  I firmly believe that passion is the driving force that can turn our dreams into reality. For me, being a lifelong learner means pursuing knowledge and personal growth because I genuinely want to, not out of obligation. Over the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of educating adult learners at some of the most prestigious colleges and universities in the United States and China, focusing primarily on the corporate environment.
