I grew up in Dallas and was a school teacher and coach for several years before attending law school. I have been in private practice since 1985 in the areas of creditors rights, bankruptcy, and business entities. I am active in the American Bar Association where I have produced articles and programs and assisted in drafting legislation. I am married with three children and 4 grandchildren (so far).
