My Unique Approach to Education
“I enjoy providing a variety of opportunities to learn in order to meet each student’s learning style. I offer a variety of real-world scenarios based on my own experiences working in the clinical side of counseling.”
– Dr. Valerie Reyna
Brief Biography:
I believe in meeting each client and each student where they are at, in order to help give them the necessary insight to bring about growth and change. I started out teaching Special Education students in elementary and taught for 9 years before moving to school counseling for 4 years. I then opened my own private practice where I have been counseling and supervising interns for 10 years.
I also have a blended family of 6 where we spend most of our time traveling, watching movies, and laughing during family game nights.
My passion is educating and bringing awareness to narcissistic abuse. I was married to a Narcissist for 15 years and my goal is to help others who have had to live it, as well as educate the mental health field to make the necessary changes to help those having to live it.
