Fall 2010 Schedule of Classes now available

The Fall 2010 session will begin on Saturday, September 11th and conclude on Thursday, November 18th.  Registration for the Fall 2010 session will open on August 1st.   The Fall 2010 Schedule of Classes is now available on the University's website, on campus or a copy can be mailed to you.

The schedule includes expanded course offerings on the Garland Campus and the Frisco Center, including two Saturday afternoon classes in Garland.

Course Rotation Schedules

For future schedule planning, be sure and check out the University's course rotation schedules available on the University's website.  The course rotations have been updated and provide a link to download a PDF version of each rotation.  You can also review the Course Descriptions, available on the website, for more information on each course.

Fall Information Session Dates Set
Amberton University will hold three student information sessions for the upcoming 
Fall 2010 Session: 

Thursday, August 12th - Garland Campus, 6 p.m.- 8 p.m
Saturday, August 14th - Frisco Center, 10 a.m.- Noon
Thursday, September 2nd - Garland Campus, 6 p.m.- 8 p.m.

The student information sessions allow new and prospective students to learn more about Amberton University.   It’s also an opportunity for students to meet with University advisors and discuss the admission process, degree plans and specific courses.

Off Campus Professional Counseling Course Scheduled
CSL6780.08 Professional Counseling Course is being offered during the Fall 2010 session at Mansfield ISD's Ben Barber Career Tech Academy.  Please see the Fall 2010 Schedule of Classes for more information.  Class times are 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 

Fall 2010 Graduation Commencement 
Preparations are in full swing for the Fall 2010 graduation ceremony, which will be held Friday, November 19th, 8 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale. The deadline to file for graduation is September 18th.  Undergraduate and graduate students who will complete their degree this summer or fall are required to complete a graduation application and submit a $100 filing fee by the deadline date. 
 

TELEPHONE SYSTEM UPGRADE

The University's telephone system was recently upgraded and the menu options have changed when you call into the University.  Please listen carefully to the opening greeting before attempting to contact a University employee or office.
